Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Online orders ship from one of our two U.S. locations: the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, or the San Francisco Bay Area, California. We choose the location based on your address and stock.

Where we deliver

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii, and we ship to P.O. boxes.

International orders

We do not offer international shipping. We can only accept orders with a United States shipping address.

Handling time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when your order ships.

Shipping rates and carriers

We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and the delivery speed you select, and the carrier depends on the shipping service you choose. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Your tracking email shows the carrier and tracking number.

Free shipping

Orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free. Your cart shows how close you are to free shipping.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on the shipping speed you choose at checkout and your location. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier volume can cause delays. If your package is late or tracking stops updating, contact us and we'll work with the carrier.

Packaging and storage

Biltong is air-dried and packed for safe transit. Please follow the storage instructions on the package.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, spoiled, missing, or incorrect, email info@zambezibiltong.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a refund (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
